What this website offers
Blockchaineducationca runs this website to explain how crypto-assets and blockchain technology work and to receive your questions through its inquiry form. It is an information site, not a registered dealer, adviser, trading platform or money services business. It never holds, trades or sends crypto-assets for a visitor, and no page is an offer or a recommendation. Use the form for questions about the guides. Keep passwords, wallet recovery phrases, private keys and account numbers out of your message, since a general inquiry does not need them.
This site gives information, not advice
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing is a suggestion to buy, sell, hold or transfer any crypto-asset. The guides explain ideas and risks in general terms and cannot take account of your income, goals or circumstances. Blockchaineducationca does not rate, rank or endorse any coin, token, exchange, wallet or company. Decisions about crypto-assets are yours to make, ideally after speaking with a qualified professional who is registered to advise you.
Being contacted about an inquiry
Sending the inquiry form, which has three fields (name, email address and message), means you agree that Blockchaineducationca may answer at the email address you gave, and only about what you asked. Replies go by email. You can read this site without agreeing to any of that, and the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter. We do not send marketing email without your consent. To stop hearing from us, write to info18@blockchaineducationca.shop and we will honour the request.
Information, outside links and copying
The guides are written as general information, but this area changes quickly. Rules, products and risks can change, so a page may be out of date. Check current details with official sources before you act. Links lead to websites run by other organizations. They have their own terms and policies, and Blockchaineducationca does not control them. Please do not copy text, images or layouts from this site for another use without permission from Blockchaineducationca. This site gives no prices, fees or rates, because they change.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the province in which Blockchaineducationca has its principal office and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The information on this site is general and is meant for readers across Canada. Rules for crypto-assets and for consumers differ by province and territory. This does not take away any consumer protection that the law of your own province or territory gives you and that cannot be waived by agreement.
Date of these terms
Last updated: October 2026. Whenever these terms are revised, the new text replaces the old on this page together with an updated date, and continued use of the site after that date means you accept the revision.
